SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Elk Hauler. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship our products to you.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally outside of Canada and the U.S.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. We ship via major carriers including Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post. For large items such as the Elk Hauler UTV attachment, freight shipping may be required. Please contact us at mikeprive@elkhauler.com for freight shipping inquiries before placing your order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Elk Hauler is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Elk Hauler is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mikeprive@elkhauler.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.
